How to Reset a Password on a V-Touch Controller

Synopsis: If ever the password is changed on a V-Touch controller and you no longer have access to it, the Ver-Mac Technical Support team will be able to help you reset it.

1. On the Viewer-Guest-Admin screen, press the four corners of the touchscreen in the following order: Top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right

2. A keyboard with a MAC address will pop up, note down the MAC address

3. Contact Ver-Mac Technical Support at 1-888-488-7446. You will need to provide the following information:

• Full name
• Company
• VIN or serial number of the unit
• MAC address
