Flagger-Mac Radio Troubleshooting

Synopsis: If you are unable to pair your Flagger-Mac Radio units, there are a variety of factors that could interfere with the process. This article will help isolate the issue. 

• Level: Intermediate
• Time required: 5-10 minutes
• Additional equipment required: Philips screwdriver

1. Log into the V-Touch Controller, go to Units Pairing, and make sure the Use External Radio box is checked

2. Log into the V-Touch Controller and check the Radio Diagnostics option

Note: Make sure the signal strength is good (green text). If you have no information populate, check the radio wiring.

3. Check the connections & LEDs on the radio card located in the red lamp

Note: Make sure that the wires on the 4-pin connector are well crimped.
