Synopsis: The motor card is one of the components responsible for raising and lowering your sign. If you have received a new motor card, or have never programmed it before using your sign, you will need to follow this procedure to get it programmed.
Please note this procedure is for motor card PB-MOT-13110-06. You can find this part number on the white sticker located on the card. If your motor card is programmed and the sign is still having trouble going up or down, follow this procedure.

- Additional equipment required: Philips screwdriver
1. Make sure the sign is in the upright position and the truck is in accessory mode
Note: You will find this information on the touch screen. You can also use the manual switch to raise the the sign.
2. Unlock and open the sign case door, then remove the second display card in the first column by removing the screws.

3. Disconnect the power & telephone cables on the back of the card and put it aside

4. Connect the blue programmer on the J2 connector on the motor card

5. Close and lock the door, making sure you can use the programmer from the outside of the sign
6. With the board in the UP position, press & hold the UP button on the blue programmer for 3 seconds until the blue L4 LED starts blinking on the motor card, then release the button

7. Use the manual switch to place the board in the DOWN position
8. With the board in the DOWN position, press & hold the DOWN button on the blue programmer for 3 seconds until the blue L4 LED starts blinking on the motor card, then release the button

9. Test the sign by bringing it up & down using the touch screen. If everything works, remove the blue programmer from the motor card and re-install the display card that was removed previously
